About

One stop for goalies.

One Stop Goaltending started with a simple idea: help as many goalies as possible. From the beginning, the goal has been to build a true one-stop shop for goalies, one place to train, learn, and grow. OSG is still working toward that goal every day, through continuous personal development and new partnerships.

Our coaching philosophy

How we coach

Goalies first.

Every session, camp, and video review exists for one reason: to help goalies get better. That's why OSG coaches in Kamloops and Campbell River, and why Practice/Game Review is open to goalies anywhere.

The whole goalie.

Goaltending is physical, technical, and mental. OSG trains all three, on the ice and off it, because mental readiness matters as much as anything a goalie does in the crease.

Life skills, on and off the ice.

The habits goalies build with OSG (preparation, resilience, accountability, and handling pressure) are meant to last well beyond hockey.

Always learning.

OSG coaches never stop developing. They keep learning, keep training, and keep building partnerships, so the goalies they work with get the best coaching possible.
